Unsure whether it's working?

It’s okay if e-therapy is not for you. There can be many reasons why. Perhaps the online counselling relationship has not developed properly or you discover that you are not yet ready to discuss your concerns, or maybe you need a more traditional method of counselling. 

If at any time you feel you are not benefiting from email counselling it is essential you discuss this with your counsellor. We respect your decision and if you believe it would be best to terminate the sessions, you will be refunded any outstanding monies paid.

Your counsellor will also let you know if they feel that you are not progressing and that continuing with online counselling will not achieve results for you. Your counsellor will endeavour to find you a more suitable resource for help that you are comfortable with if you request this.
